8.5. Conditioner and heater




Mazda 3 cars are equipped with central air of computer-controlled air. In central air the polnopotochny aluminum radiator of a heater with rectilinear circulation is used. Efficiency of heat exchange is increased at the expense of use of the additional evaporator.

The electronic control unit of the conditioner has self-diagnostics function. Failure in system registers in memories of a diagnostic code of malfunction, thus the indicator of the switch of the conditioner works in a flashing mode.
