8.5.1.1. Security measures at service

The address with a coolant.
Do not inhale a coolant of the conditioner or fumes of lubricant.
The irritation of eyes, nose and throat is possible.
Besides, for reasons of protection of environment, we urgently recommend to use the equipment for restoration / рециркуляции / recharges, at removal of coolant R-134a from central air.
At casual leak from system air working area before service renewal.
Do not carry out test for tightness or leakage of the service equipment and/or car central air with use of the compressed air.
Some mixes of air and coolant R-134a showed are inflammable at elevated pressures.
These mixes at ignition can become an accident cause or a material damage.
The additional data concerning health protection and safety, can be received at manufacturers of a coolant.
Do not allow leakage of a coolant near an open flame or heat sources.
Poisonous gas can be formed at contact of a coolant to an open flame or heat source, such as a cigaret and a heater.
At works which can cause leakage of a coolant, extinguish or remove the specified sources of heat and provide the corresponding ventilation.
The address with a liquid coolant represents danger.
Coolant hit on skin can lead to local frostbite.
At the address with a coolant put on gloves and goggles.
At coolant hit in eyes immediately wash out them pure water and consult with the doctor.

Coolant storage.
The container for a coolant is under pressure. When heating container, it can blow up with dispersion of metal splinters and a liquid coolant that can become the reason of a serious trauma.
Store a coolant at temperatures below 40 °C.

Actions at insufficient level of a coolant.
If by search of malfunctions insufficient level of a coolant is found, not дозаряжайте (add) a coolant.
As the exact quantity of a coolant cannot be determined by pressure in system, never дозаряжайте system by a coolant.
At shortage of too big or too small quantity of a coolant, probably in system there are secondary malfunctions, such as damage of separate elements or deterioration of characteristics of system.
Therefore, at detection of insufficient level of a coolant, completely remove a coolant from system and fill the set quantity of a coolant.

Treatment of compressor oil.
In the compressor of this car use only ATMOS GU10 oil.
PAG oil use instead of ATMOS GU10 can lead to damage of the compressor of central air of air.
Watch to spilling ATMOS GU10 oil on the car.
Oil hit on a surface of the car can damage a paint and varnish covering.
If oil got on a car body, immediately wipe it.
Compressor ATMOS GU10 oil (PAG oil) absorbs moisture, than used earlier mineral oil more effectively.
At moisture hit in compressor oil central air can be damaged.
Therefore for prevention of hit of moisture in oil, establish covers right after use of compressor oil or removal of elements of central air.
