Apply to a spring compressing force and check spring height (fig. 2.150).
If the height does not correspond to norm, replace a klapanny spring.
Pressing force: 494,9 N.
Standard height: 27,80 mm.

Measure not perpendicularity of a klapanny spring, using a corner, as is shown in drawing 2.151
Rotating a klapanny spring on 360 °, measure the greatest distance of "A".
If not perpendicularity does not correspond to norm, replace a klapanny spring.
Maximum not perpendicularity of a klapanny spring: 1 % (2,10 mm).
