Establish an asterisk of a cranked shaft.
Establish a chain of the oil pump.

Fix an asterisk of the oil pump the special adaptation (fig. 2.189).
Establish directing to a chain of the oil pump.
Establish a natyazhitel of a chain of a drive of the oil pump.

Establish the special adaptation on a cam-shaft, then establish the piston of the first cylinder in situation VMT (fig. 2.190).
Remove the bottom cap of the block of cylinders.

Establish the special adaptation, as is shown in drawing 2.191.
Turn a cranked shaft clockwise to VMT of the piston of the cylinder No. 1.
Establish a chain of a drive of the mechanism of a gazoraspredeleniye.

Establish a natyazhitel of a chain and remove holding wire (fig. 2.192).

Hold a cam-shaft, using a suitable wrench on a shestigrannik, as is shown in drawing 2.193.
Tighten a fixing bolt of an asterisk of a camshaft.
Inhaling moment: 69–75 N · m.
Put on a forward epiploon of a cranked shaft pure engine oil.
Slightly press an epiploon a hand.
Press an epiploon, using the special adaptation and a hammer.

Put kremniyevoorganichesky hermetic on a forward cover of the engine, as is shown in drawing 2.194.

NOTE
Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders through 10 mines after hermetic drawing.
Kremniyevoorganichesky hermetic is not required in the field of C, shown in drawing as it there already is available (L3 with the mechanism of change of phases of a gazoraspredeleniye).

Thickness:
A: 2,0–3,0 mm;
B: 1,5–2,5 mm.

Establish bolts of fastening of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders in an order specified in drawing 2.195.
Again establish the special adaptation on a cam-shaft, as is shown in drawing 2.191.

Screw M6x1,0 bolt a hand (fig. 2.196).
Turn a cranked shaft clockwise to VMT of the piston of the cylinder No. 1.

Hold a pulley of a cranked shaft from a provorachivaniye by means of the special adaptation (fig. 2.197).
Tighten a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft in two steps.
Tighten to 96–104 N · m.
Tighten on 87-93 °.
Unscrew M6x1,0 bolt.
Remove the special adaptation from a cam-shaft.
Remove the special adaptation from an opening of the bottom cap of the block of cylinders.
Turn a cranked shaft clockwise on two turns before situation VMT.
If it is not possible to reach situation VMT, weaken a fixing bolt of a pulley of a cranked shaft and repeat actions.
Establish the bottom cap of the block of cylinders.
Inhaling moment: 20 N · m.

Put kremniyevoorganichesky hermetic on being interfaced surfaces, as is shown in drawing 2.198.

NOTE
Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders through 10 mines after hermetic drawing.
Diameter of a point: 4,0–6,0 mm.

Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders with new laying.

Tighten fastening bolts in an order specified in drawing 2.199.
Inhaling moment: 8,0–12,0 N · m.
