2.6.4.4. Installation of a chain of a drive of the mechanism of a gazoraspredeleniye

Level a shponochny flute of an asterisk of the crankshaft on an adjusting label, then establish the piston of the first cylinder in situation VMT (fig. 2.260). Level adjusting labels on asterisks of camshafts so that they formed a straight line at alignment on the top horizontal surface of a head of the block of cylinders.
Establish a chain of a drive of the mechanism of a gazoraspredeleniye.
After installation of a regulator of a chain take out a wire or a paper clip established in a natyazhitel of a chain, and pull a chain of a drive of the mechanism of a gazoraspredeleniye. Remove the established limiter, at installation of a new natyazhitel of a chain (fig. 2.261). Be convinced of that the chain of a drive of the mechanism of a gazoraspredeleniye has no sagging, and then again check correctness of installation of asterisks.
Turn a cranked shaft clockwise on two turns, and then check the moment of opening and closing of valves.
