Establish the special adaptation on a cam-shaft (see fig. 2.86).

Establish a lock bolt of M6x1,0 and tighten it a hand (fig. 2.113).
Turn a cranked shaft clockwise to VMT of the piston of the cylinder No. 1.

Hold a pulley of a cranked shaft the special adaptation (see fig. 2.104).
Tighten a fixing bolt of a pulley of a cranked shaft in two steps:
tighten a bolt the moment of 96-104 N · m;
tighten a bolt on 87-93 °
Unscrew M6x1,0 bolt.
Remove the special adaptation from a cam-shaft.
Take out the special adaptation from an opening of the bottom cap of the block of cylinders.
Turn a cranked shaft clockwise on two turns to VMT of the piston of the cylinder No. 1. If it is not possible to reach situation VMT, weaken a fixing bolt of a pulley of a cranked shaft and repeat the described actions at first.
Establish the bottom cap of the block of cylinders and tighten it the moment of an inhaling of 18-22 N · m.
