6.2.10.3. Check and adjustment of length of an acting rod

By means of manual vacuum наcoca create in the amplifier of a brake vacuum – 66,7 kPas (–500 mm of mercury.).

Weaken a lock-nut and adjust length of a press rod so that the length "In" became equal to a preset value (fig. 6.31).
Regulate, while the gap between acting part of a rod and the screw does not become equal 0 mm – nominal length at indications of the vacuum gage of 66,7 kPas (-500 mm of mercury.).
