2.6.8.1. Removal

NOTE Removal and engine and transmission installation in the block with the main transfer is carried out from below the car.

Remove the following elements:

– cover of the storage battery, storage box, bracket of fastening of the storage battery, storage battery and platform of the storage battery;

– forward wheels;

– bottom cover and mudguards;

– air line, air hose and knot of the air filter;

– rope of an accelerator and arm;

– driving belt.

Merge the following liquids:

– working liquid for an automatic transmission or transmission oil in the block with the main transfer;

– cooling liquid of the engine;

– working liquid of the hydraulic booster of a steering.

Disconnect a hose of the valve of a purge.

Disconnect a returnable hose of the amplifier of a steering from the oil pump of the amplifier of a steering.

Disconnect the pressure head pipeline of the amplifier of a steering from the steering mechanism.

Disconnect a returnable hose of the amplifier of a steering from a tank of the hydraulic booster of a steering.

Remove the following elements:

– lobby cross-piece, forward stabilizer, bottom lever, steering mechanism and element of a support of the engine No. 1;

– power shaft;

– a tank of the hydraulic booster of a steering with a hose;

– a broad tank of system of cooling with a hose;

– knot of the fan of system of cooling;

– a hose of the worker liquid for an automatic transmission, a cable of a choice of transfer and a plait of wires (model with an automatic transmission);

– a cable of a choice of transfer and a cable of a drive of switching (model with a mechanical transmission);

– the working cylinder of coupling with a tube (models with a mechanical transmission);

– earth (engine No. 3 support);

– the compressor of central air of air with tubes.

NOTE Fix the compressor of central air of air a wire or a rope so that it did not disturb work.

Disconnect the following elements:

– hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes;

– hose of supply of fuel;

– hose of a radiator of a heater;

– top and bottom hose of a radiator;

– main exhaust silencer.

ATTENTION Do not tighten a bolt of fastening of a support of No. of 1 engine before installation of a support of the engine No. 3.

Check and adjust if necessary the following:

– corners of installation of forward wheels

– pulley and belt.

– leakage of the engine oil, cooling liquid of the engine, working liquid for an automatic transmission, oil of a mechanical transmission and fuel.

– installation of a corner of an advancing of ignition and frequency of rotation of idling. Check the size CO, CH.

– auxiliaries work with a drive from the engine.

NOTE If on the car the engine after major maintenance is established, execute a trial trip, and be convinced that everything works normally.
