1.4.3.1. Installation of a towing loop in front of the car

1. Get from a luggage compartment a towing loop and a wheel key.

2. In order to avoid damage of a paint and varnish covering of a bumper wind the handle of a wheel key with soft rags and open a cap located on a front bumper (fig. 1.170).

ATTENTION Keep in mind that the cap does not act in film from a bumper completely. Do not apply to a cap of unduly big efforts: it can lead to damage of a cap or scratches on a paint and varnish covering of a bumper.

3. Reliably fix a towing loop a wheel key.

4. Hook on a hook of a towing cable for a towing loop (fig. 1.171).

ATTENTION If the towing loop is not reliably tightened, in the course of car evacuation it can leave a fixing nest in a bumper.
