2.3.1.5. Removal and installation of the oil pallet

Stop the engine and wait, while the engine and engine oil will not cool down.

Disconnect a negative wire of the storage battery.

Remove the bottom protective cover.

Merge engine oil.

Remove a forward cover of the engine.

Lift the receiver masloizmeritelny щупа and the oil pallet (fig. 2.205).

Use a corner to level the oil pallet on the block of cylinders from a forward cover of the engine (fig. 2.206).

Put kremniyevoorganichesky hermetic on an interfaced surface of the oil pallet, as is shown in drawing 2.207.

Tighten bolts of fastening of the pallet in an order specified in drawing 2.208.

Check oil level.

Start the engine and check absence of leakage of oil. In the presence of leak define a defective detail, repair or replace it.
