Put on a clip in the direction shown in drawing 5.34.
Be convinced that the ear of a clip is fixed.

Establish an epiploon in the forward case of the pump, using the special adaptation and a kapron hammer (fig. 5.35).

Place blades in a rotor so that the rounded edges were included into a cam (fig. 5.36).

Establish a statorny ring in the forward case of the pump a label up (fig. 5.37).
After installation of the back case manually turn a shaft to check smoothness of rotation.
Establish a shaft in the forward case of the pump.
Establish the pump and tighten three bolts of fastening.
Establish the socket of the sensor of pressure.
Establish a driving belt.
Pump over a hydraulic contour of the steering mechanism.
Check, whether there is no leak and a podtekaniye of working liquid of hydraulic system.
Make check and installation of a steering wheel.
