3.4.9.2. Installation

Fig. 3.152. Installation of a dynamic damper

Establish a dynamic damper, as is shown in drawing 3.152.
Standard length: 334,7–340,7 mm.
Establish a new collar of a cover on a dynamic damper.

Fig. 3.153. Napressovka of a new rotor of the sensor of anti-blocking system of brakes on a power shaft

Establish a new rotor of the sensor of anti-blocking system of brakes on a power shaft and напрессуйте it with use of special adaptations (fig. 3.153).
Fill a cover (from a wheel) with konsistentny greasing.

NOTE
Covers with the party of a wheel and from a transmission differ.

ATTENTION
Do not concern some konsistentny greasing hands. Put greasing from a tuba, do not allow hit of polluting substances in a cover.
Amount of konsistentny greasing: 90–110 g.

Establish a cover, without removing a sticky tape by which shlitsa of a shaft were wrapped up when dismantling.
Remove a tape.

Fig. 3.154. Installation трипода

Level the labels put at removal and establish трипод, using a core and a hammer (fig. 3.154).
Establish a new lock ring, using pincers for removal and installation of lock rings.

ATTENTION
Be convinced that the lock ring was established in a shaft groove.

Fill the case of the hinge and a cover (from a transmission) with konsistentny greasing.
Amount of konsistentny greasing: 195–215 g.
Establish the hinge case.
Establish standard length of a power shaft.

Fig. 3.155. Air removal from covers by means of a screw-driver

Let the air out from covers, raising edges of the smaller ends of covers the screw-driver which has been wrapped up by a fabric (fig. 3.155).

ATTENTION
Do not allow leakage of konsistentny greasing. Do not damage covers.

Be convinced that length of a power shaft – within norm.
Bend a collar in the direction opposite to the direction of rotation of a power shaft at movement of the car forward, and, using flat-nose pliers, densely tighten a collar.

Fig. 3.156. Installation of a collar of a cover (from a transmission)

Block the collar end, having bent blocking clips (fig. 3.156).

ATTENTION
Reliably establish a collar in a flute.

Adjust a gap And

rotation of an adjusting bolt of the special adaptation (fig. 3.157).
Gap And: 2,9 mm.
Compress a small collar of a cover from a wheel, using the special adaptation. Check that a gap In

– within norm (fig. 3.158).
If a gap In more norm, reduce a gap of the special adaptation and again compress a cover.
If a gap In less norm, replace a cover collar, increase a gap of the special adaptation and compress a new cover.
Gap In: 2,4–2,8 mm.
Be convinced of that the collar of a cover does not act from area of installation of a collar of a cover.
If it so, replace a collar of a cover and repeat installation.
Fill a cover with konsistentny greasing from a repair kit.
Adjust a gap In rotation of an adjusting bolt of the special adaptation.
Gap In: 3,2 mm.
Be convinced of that the collar of a cover does not act from installation area.
