2.6.2.1. Adjustment of thermal gaps in the mechanism of a drive of valves

Uncover the storage battery.
Disconnect a negative wire from the storage battery.
Remove a forward wheel and the tire (right).
Remove knot of the air filter.
Remove ignition coils.
Disconnect a ventilation hose.
Uncover heads of the block of cylinders.
Remove a driving belt.

Remove a cap of a forward cover of the engine, shown in drawing 2.237.

Manually screw a bolt (M10ґ1,25, length of 25 mm or more) in a technological opening on the right side, as is shown in drawing 2.238 while it will not rest against the lever of a natyazhitel.

Weaken a tension of a chain of a drive of the mechanism of a gazoraspredeleniye (fig. 2.239).
Drown a connecting plate of a natyazhitel of a chain through a technological opening on the left side, using a thin screw-driver with a flat shliyets (a precision screw-driver).

After that, at the released stopper of a plunzher, rotate a crankshaft pulley back (counter-clockwise) (fig. 2.240).

After weakening of a tension of a chain of a drive of the mechanism of a gazoraspredeleniye at the same time move the lever of a natyazhitel to the situation shown in drawing 2.241.

NOTE
Chain of a drive of the mechanism of a gazoraspredeleniye утапливает the lever of a natyazhitel at rotation of a pulley of the crankshaft back (counter-clockwise).

Wrap a bolt (M10ґ1,25) established in a forward cover before situation where it gets on an internal part of an edge on the lever of a natyazhitel.

Fix the lever of a natyazhitel the established bolt, wrap a bolt on six – seven turns while it will not reach the situation shown in drawing 2.242

Fix a cam-shaft from a provorachivaniye, holding it a wrench for a shestigrannik (fig. 2.243).
Unscrew a bolt of fastening of an asterisk of a camshaft.

Remove an asterisk of a drive of a cam-shaft from release at the taken-away chain of a drive of the mechanism of a gazoraspredeleniye (fig. 2.244).

Weaken bolts of fastening of a cover of the bearing of a cam-shaft in 2–3 passes in an order shown in drawing 2.245.
Remove covers of the bearing of a cam-shaft.
Remove cam-shafts of a drive of inlet and final valves.
Remove pushers of valves.
Pick up the corresponding pusher of the valve according to results of check of klapanny gaps and establish it.
Pusher of the valve which will be chosen: thickness of the removed pusher of the valve + the measured klapanny gap – a standard klapanny gap (0.3 mm).
Standard klapanny gap (on the cold engine): 0.27–0.33 mm.

Level adjusting labels on a pulley of the crankshaft and a forward cover of the engine, and then establish the cylinder No. 1 piston in situation VMT (fig. 2.246).
Establish cam-shafts of a drive of inlet and final valves, thus the piston of the cylinder No. 1 should be near the provision VMT of a step of compression.

Establish covers of bearings of a cam-shaft in the provisions shown in drawing 2.247, and temporarily tighten bolts No. 1 and No. 7 of fastening of a cam-shaft.

Evenly tighten bolts of fastening of a cam-shaft in 2–3 passes in an order shown in drawing 2.248.
Inhaling moment: 11,3–14,2 N · m.

Level adjusting labels on cam-shafts of a drive of inlet and final valves so that they formed a straight line at alignment on the top horizontal surface of a head of the block of cylinders (fig. 2.249).
Fix a cam-shaft from a provorachivaniye, holding it a wrench for a shestigrannik.
Tighten a bolt of fastening of an asterisk of a camshaft.
Inhaling moment: 6–60,8 N · m.
Unscrew a bolt (M10ґ1,25) holding the lever of a natyazhitel.
Be convinced of that the chain of a drive of the mechanism of a gazoraspredeleniye has no sagging, and then check coincidence of labels on an asterisk of a camshaft and a crankshaft pulley.
Check the moment of opening and closing of valves having turned a cranked shaft clockwise on two turns.

Put on a cap kremniyorganichesky hermetic, as is shown in drawing 2.250.
Establish a cap of a forward cover of the engine.
Inhaling moment: 3. 0–5.0 N · m.
Establish a driving belt.
Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
Connect a ventilation hose.
Establish ignition coils.
Establish the air filter assembled.
Establish a forward wheel (right).
