2.13.3. Removal and installation of the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve

Uncover the storage battery.
Disconnect a negative wire from the storage battery.
Execute the following procedure for ensuring convenience of access.
Remove the air filter.
Remove an air hose.

Remove the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve (fig. 2.343).
Be convinced of that the butterfly valve is completely closed.
Establish the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve on a throttle branch pipe.
Inhaling moment: 1,6–2,4 N · m.
Be convinced of that the butterfly valve moves smoothly.
Connect the socket of the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve.
Be convinced of that tension of a target signal of the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve (PID WDS: the provision of a butterfly valve) – within norm when the zaslonka is open or closed.
If does not correspond to norm, check the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve.
