1.2.1.8. Signaling device of malfunction of system of safety cushions and prednatyazhitel of seat belts

If system of safety cushions and prednatyazhitel of seat belts on forward seats are in good repair, the signaling device of malfunction should light up at turn of the switch of ignition in the situation "ON" (ignition is included) or at starter inclusion. Then, after a while, the signaling device will go out.

If the signaling device burns constantly or does not join at all at turn of the switch of ignition in the situation "ON" (ignition is included), means the system of safety cushions or prednatyazhitel of seat belts is faulty. In this case urgently address on service station of the official dealer of Mazda. If the signaling device indicates malfunction, safety cushions or prednatyazhitel of belts can not work at a road accident.

If malfunction of system of pillows of safety / преднатяжителей seat belts is found and the malfunction signaling device burns, the sound alarm system of malfunction at the same time starts to function. Every minute the sound signal by duration is distributed about five seconds.

The sound alarm system of malfunction will work approximately within 35 minutes.

If a seat belt of the driver will not fasten and speed of the car will exceed about 20 km/h, the visual signaling device will start to blink and the sound signaling device will join. If the sound signaling device and a seat belt joined remains not fastened, the signaling device will work, even if speed of the car becomes lower than 20 km/h. The sound signaling device will be switched off, as soon as the seat belt or after established time will be fastened.

If a seat belt on a forward passenger seat will not fasten and the switch of ignition is in the situation "ON" (ignition is included), the driver and the passenger will receive the prevention of it by means of visual and sound signaling devices. The visual signaling device lights up over a rear-view mirror (fig. 1.134).

If a seat belt of the forward passenger will not fasten and speed of the car will exceed about 20 km/h, the visual signaling device will start to blink and the sound signaling device will join. If the sound signaling device and a seat belt joined remains not fastened, the signaling device will work, even if speed of the car becomes lower than 20 km/h. The sound signaling device will be switched off, as soon as the seat belt or after established time will be fastened.

NOTE To provide normal functioning of the sensor of the loading which have been built in a pillow of a forward passenger seat, the passenger should not sit on an additional pillow. Otherwise the sensor of loading cannot work properly. At existence on a forward passenger seat of luggage or pets the signaling device of not fastened seat belt can work and give a false signal.

If seat belts on back sitting are not fastened and the switch of ignition is in the situation "ON" (ignition is included), the driver and passengers will receive the prevention of it by means of visual and sound signaling devices. The visual signaling device lights up over a rear-view mirror (fig. 1.135).

The signaling device can burn with red or green light. If a seat belt will not fasten, the red signaling device burns. If a seat belt will fasten, the signaling device burns with green light. Visual signaling devices work, even if on back sitting passengers are absent. The sound signaling device joins if to unfasten a seat belt.

NOTE If seat belts on back sitting are not fastened during established time after the engine start, all visual signaling devices will be switched off.
