4.1.4.1. Being glued balancing cargo (external)

Remove old balancing cargo of a wheel.
Remove the bilateral sticky tape which has remained on a wheel, then clear and degrease a contact platform.
Establish a wheel on the machine for balancing of wheels, measure size and the provision of an imbalance in a mode for usual balancing cargoes.

Fig. 4.7. Scheme of installation of balancing cargo

Will increase imbalance size on 1,6 to receive value of weight of balancing cargo (fig. 4.7).
Choose the balancing cargo closest on weight, establish balancing cargo in situation (outside), specified by the machine for balancing of wheels.
Example of calculation of weight of cargo for the set size of an imbalance:
23 g ґ 1,6 = 36,8 g.
Necessary mass of cargo: 35 g.

NOTE
Use cargo in the weight close to the settlement.
Example: 32,4 g = 30 g, 32,5 g = 35 g.

ATTENTION
Use an original counterbalance or equivalent (steel).
At installation of balancing cargo press it during 2 with with strength of 25 N on each 5 g.

Fig. 4.8. Scheme of installation of two balancing cargoes

At installation of two cargoes place them so that they settled down from both parties of a rim in the situation specified by the machine for balancing of wheels (fig. 4.8).

ATTENTION
– Do not row cargoes.
– Do not impose cargoes at each other.
– The total weight should not exceed 160 g.
