2.10.2. Removal and installation of a fuel nozzle
Removal
Uncover the storage battery.
Disconnect a negative wire from the storage battery.
Remove the air filter.
Disconnect the socket of a fuel nozzle.
Remove a quick-detachable connector.
Remove the fuel distributor.

ATTENTION
If the flange of a fuel nozzle or an element of the distributor of fuel with a covering, has damages, it can cause leakage of fuel. For prevention of damage remove a clip of a fuel nozzle accurately (fig. 2.325).
|
Use of the deformed clip of a fuel nozzle can become the reason of the wrong installation of a fuel nozzle and leakage of fuel. After removal of a fuel nozzle replace a clip new.

Separate one party of a clip of a fuel nozzle from a flange of a fuel nozzle (fig. 2.326).

Holding removed at performance of the first operation the party of a clip of a fuel nozzle for prevention of its repeated zashchelkivaniye remove other party of a clip of a fuel nozzle (fig. 2.327).

Remove a clip of a fuel nozzle shifting it in the axial direction (fig. 2.328).
