7.6.9. Check of a thread of heating of back glass

Establish the ignition switch in the situation ON.

Include a heater of back glass.

ATTENTION The contact of a thread of heating of back glass shchupy a tester can lead to thread damage. Wrap up an aluminum foil round the end щупа and check a thread, concerning it a foil (fig. 7.90);

Connect positive щуп a tester by the positive end of each thread, and negative щуп to mass of a body (fig. 7.91);

Moving positive щуп from the positive end of a thread to negative be convinced that tension decreases respectively.

If tension changes quickly, the thread is faulty. Repair a thread.
