Check the lever on existence of damages, cracks and deformation.

Check the moment of resistance to rotation of the spherical hinge.

Turn a finger of the spherical hinge on five turns.

Measure the moment of resistance to rotation, using suitable face and dinamometrichesky keys (fig. 4.24).

If the result of measurement differs from norm, replace the bottom lever assembled.

Maximum moment of resistance: 1,5 N · m.
