3.2.7.7. Measurement of loading of primary, secondary shaft and shaft of differential of a case of the main transfer

Establish primary shaft with gear wheels and differential in a coupling case.

Establish a case of the main transfer and tighten fixture of primary shaft nominal effort of an inhaling (fig. 3.67).
Inhaling moment: 37,3–52,0 N · m.

Establish the special adaptation and a dynamometer or a dinamometrichesky key (fig. 3.68).
Be convinced that preliminary loading – within norm.
If it not so, repeat operations, since tightness adjustment in bearings.
Preliminary loading: 1,4–1,9 N · m.
Dynamometer indications: 14–19 N.
Remove the special adaptation.

Establish a transmission in the block with the main transfer, as is shown in drawing 3.69, establish the special adaptation on primary shaft.
Be convinced that preliminary loading – within norm.
If it not so, repeat operations, since tightness adjustment in bearings.
Preliminary loading: 0,12–0,39 N · m.
Dynamometer indications: 1,2–3,9 N.
Remove the special adaptation, a case of the main transfer, primary shaft and differential.
Establish a secondary shaft and a case of the main transfer, tighten fixture nominal effort of an inhaling.
Inhaling moment: 37,3–52,0 N · m.

Establish the special adaptation and a dynamometer or a dinamometrichesky key (fig. 3.70).
Be convinced that preliminary loading – within norm.
If it not so, repeat operations beginning, from tightness adjustment in bearings.
Preliminary loading: 0,2–0,3 N · m.
Dynamometer indications: 2–3 N.
Remove the special adaptation and a case of the main transfer.
